Company name and description: PRIME MULTIFAMILY INVESTORS, LLC (also referred to as “PRIME”) is a newly formed multi-family investment firm based out of Austin, Texas. Our focus and specialty is in identifying and acquiring underperforming multifamily investments located across Texas and select markets across the North America. In addition to identifying these strategic investment opportunities, PRIME has a unique ability to add value to each of our properties through repositioning, renovation and operational effectiveness thanks to our vertically-integrated management platform. Our plan is to purchase, rehab, rent, manage, and potentially develop multi-family housing units that attract a specific market segment of stable, aged 21 to 40, middle-income+ earners.
