Great Financing Vehicle

I work for a private lender who specialize in loans that are $10MM+ We have funded more than $5.5B worth of project financing this years.  I have been in commercial lending as an analyst for more than 10-years, and this is one of the best financing vehicles I have found. 

I will say this, before anyone asks whether there are upfront fees.   Yes.  There are some costs to getting into this type of financing.  All of it is guaranteed though.  If we do not follow through with your financing, we will give the fees back.  As well, everything can be done through your escrow agent/attorney.

Despite the fees, this is good and solid financing.  We can get some of the most extraordinary deals financed.  This project, in my opinion, is best for commercial construction deals; oil & gas project, including non-producing wells; as well as, waste-to-energy deals that may have trouble finding financing elsewhere.
