Funding for OH multifamilies 4-6 units

Looking for a lender who will fund the purchase and rehab of multifamily properties in Ohio. The properties are usually four or six unit buildings. Mainly looking at REOs, but also marketing to private sellers with distressed properties.

We want to hold these properties after rehab. We're open to a lender who wants to fund a shorter term to facilitate our purchase and rehab until we can refi with our local bank, or we're also open to someone who wants to fund longer term.

When properties have been rehabbed, we can do a blanket loan up to 75% with a 680+ fico, rates start in the 5's, and a 5 or 10 yr loan.  Let me know,
