have a possible. 4bdrm 2bath very large 2car garage, oversize lot.only needs cleanup. no damage needs the grass mowed and interior painted.is in foreclosure, have until august 25th. to purchase and pay off existing. was appraised last year for 410k and has a balance due of a little over 200k plus taxes interest and/or fees to the bank. timing is urgent, first come first one will be my funder.
