L&L Enterprises Inc. is a Commercial Real Estate Investment Company located in Maryland.  We have several large deals in the works right now.  Although we have been in business for over 2 decades, we are relatively new to the commercial and hospitality fields.

Our team is made up of several different entities that bring many levels of expertise into our business family.  We have members with expertise in Business Management, Customer service and Security, both cyber and computer as well as personal. We have partnered with a well-known management company with over 40 years of experience to assist in their area of expertise.   

We are seeking Equity and/or JV partners, who are looking for a better than average returns on their investment, to help us move these large multi-million dollar deals forward to closing.

These multi-million dollar deals are comprised of one with over 60% equity and another with 50% equity built in the deal.   Time is of the essence, but details are available for serious inquiries only. The terms are negotiable.
