I began my career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Global Real Estate Practice for KPMG and later was promoted into a senior management role in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice.  I then launched my own global management consulting firm, www.roostech.com, that now employs over 200 resources where we have consulted with clients in over 65 countries on 5 continents.  We specialize in migrating and moving IT assets for global mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures and our client list includes, but is not limited to companies such as McDonald’s, OpenText, and Price Waterhouse Coopers.

 

I leverage my hands-on global financial real estate experience in looking for opportunities to restructure projects for our borrowers to maximize their net profits.  I also use my contacts in the private equity markets to find ways to offer financing at lower interest rates that an average ‘middleman’, who adds no transactional value, cannot match; especially in today’s challenging markets.
