commercial, multi-family,  residential 1-4 investment properties, condos, co-ops,  mixed use and special-use real estate assets

Loan amount: $300,000 to 50 million per loan and up

Loan Term: Typically 30 year schedule ( shorter terms available)

Interest only period: Up to  5 to 7 years initial IO)

Loan- to- value: up to 80% LTV

Credit Scores: Minimum 550 Fico Score ( exceptions on case by case basis).

Properties Considered: Primary, Secondary and Investment

Borrower cash out: No maximum.

Commercial- high leverage ground lease program:

Income Producing Properties:

Hotels, tenant commercial,multi-family, select single -tenant.

Financing: $20MM and up

Capped at 70%LTV

Business Purpose Loans:

Financing for business expansion, equipment, real estate, acquisitions and working capital

Bridge Financing:

Short term financing solutions for urgent situations and refinancing of high rate loans.

Fix and Flip Program:

Amerifund provides a supplement line of credit to be used at auction for the acquisition of new assets( typically we approve 5 x the individuals liquid funds for fix and flip line of credit).

Construction Loans:

We can provide construction loans to builders of CVS, Wallgreens, Starbucks and other similar tenants...)
