I have a borrower looking to purchase two building in Springfield, IL.  This would really need to be a asset/property based loan.  The two properties are both 100% occupied and have been for over 20 years.  The properties cash flow very well.  Purchase price for both is $29m, borrower has 25% to put down, cash, coming from overseas so not easily verified. Borrower is from Singapore.
