My client is seeking $55M - 225M in capital to purchase discounted residential REO portfolios.  The capital will be placed in a single purpose entity limited liability company (LLC) and deployed as follows: 92% for REO acquisition and 8% for working capital.  Once REO assets are acquired, my client will resell the assets to a buyer within 90-days.  At the time of disposition, the investor can choose to receive initial capital plus profits or just the profits, and the client will redeploy the capital into another REO bulk acquisition. 
 
The initial target market for this capital is Las Vegas, NV.  Las Vegas is a highly sought-after market for national REITS because of its price point following market correction and its strong rental market.  Client will acquire targeted REO assets based on the specific buying criteria of several large national REITS that are targeted to acquire the assets from the Client.
