This is Monty, owner of the Real Estate Finance Website. I have brokered loans for several years but I am now working as a Loan Officer for a DIRECT LENDER. A big part of my new position is working with and assisting Mortgage Brokers and their clients with the funding that you all need. Mortgage Brokers are literally the most valuable part of the funding business. If there are no Brokers, the amount of loans people like me can do goes down by about 80%. What that means is that I will do everything I can to help you and your clients obtain the funding you need, with reasonable rates and points, and a very smooth deal flow. Although I am new to working with this company, you all know that I know the funding business very, very well. My direct contact here is the owner of the company. He and I speak on the phone daily so even though I am new to Capital 360, the results I provide for you and your clients will be off the charts!

Initial Info Needed for a Rehab Fix and Flip or Bridge Loan quote:

  • Address

  • Purchase price

  • Rehab amount

  • After repair value

  • FICO score

  • Cash on hand including IRA or 401k funds

  • Number of investment properties owned and / or flips completed during the last 3 years / Licensed Realtor or contractor

For all other loan types including Commercial, just tell me about the deal and I will customize a list of info needed, based on what you tell me.
