This is Monty, owner of the Real Estate Finance Website. I have brokered loans for several years but I am now working as a Loan Officer for a DIRECT LENDER. Mortgage Brokers are literally the most valuable part of the funding business. If there are no Brokers, the amount of loans people like me can do goes down by about 80%. What that means is that I will do everything I can to help you and your clients obtain the funding you need, with reasonable rates and points, and a very smooth deal flow. Although I am new to working with this company, you all know that I know the funding business very, very well. My direct contact here is the owner of the company. FICO score
Cash on hand including IRA or 401k funds
Number of investment properties owned and / or flips completed during the last 3 years / Licensed Realtor or contractor
