We have new money for 2014 Assisted Living Facilities - Acquisition, Construction, Refinance.  Can provide debt, equity, or both.  Looking for 10 projects this year.

Joel, can you send me an outline of your parameters I have a facility looking for a construction loan /JV and I would like to see if it fits into your programs.

Dean, do you have a simple executive summary which should include cash the facility will inject, the cost to build, stage of development, etc.  Also will need the experience level of the developer.  What is the cost per room?  Seeing if it will fit should be reversed, let us see if we can make the deal fit the facility.
