Aloha,

I need an Equity Partner for a shovel ready project in Lahaina Maui. This project is funded and all that is needed is $3,600,000 to get it off the ground and running. I don't need financing, that's in place already with a non-recourse loan of $15,000,000. I have the plans and projection for this project and will share them with you after signing a non-disclosure agreement. 

Projected net cash flow yearly $943,673.00.
