55% max
Terms:
12 month loan, 4 points, direct borrower ONLY

If you have a solid residential investment property that you would like to purchase or refinance, I have up to $90,000 that I am willing to lend at 15% interest for a 12 month term. If this will help, just email me directly here on this website. Only properties in Idaho or Oregon will be considered. The money is literally my own funds so this is a very easy funding process for the right borrower/property.
