- CAP Real Estate LLC- We are seeking fdun ding to support our business model. Our model is to find distressed properties, purchase them, rehab where needed and then lease option or seller finance for three years. Our buyers will be screened for their ability to get a mortgage within three years and where needed referred to a Credit Repair company to get their credit score to a point where they can qualify to get a mortgage of their own. At the end of three years we sell the house to the first buyer or we find another cash buyer who can qualify. We currently have five buyers in the pipeline but needing three year funding for each deal.
