My name is Andy, I have a passion for Real Estate development and construction.
I have been in the construction industry for the most part of my life.
I am really good at planning and advising on mostly anything to do with the development and construction to real estate.
I have a tendency to favour deals that contain a “Renovation Resell” aspect, with a relatively quick turn around time of not longer than a year.
In an effort to support sustainable living I am very in favour of Solar and alternative energy sources, and being completely off grid where possible.

While consulting on “renovate, resell, repeat” (RRR) is my first interest, it is a means to accomplish my second goal of building capital to fund "Turn Key" Life Style investment properties in sought after rural locations...
I am constantly on the look out for opportunities that meet my key criteria.
With this outlook, and my many years in the construction "hospitality leisure" sector, success is guaranteed.
