Ground up construction?
Looking for ground up construction in S. Carolina. Client is wanting to build a 4 unit property to hold long term. Please reply or message me if you can offer ground up construction with a reasonable rate and a process that makes sense. I am a broker and have done many rehab loans but construction is new to me.
