We are interested in developing partnerships with commercial property owners, businesses owners and private investors for USA projects. The commercial site will be transformed into a income producing renewable tech facility as a revitalization Economic Development Strategy. We can utilize any commercial real estate and or businesses with 8 plus parking space availability.

The Renewable Technology Transformation program (RTT) will utilize commercial real estate and or businesses to create new clean tech jobs and implement renewable tech community awareness programs.  The renewable tech facilities (RTF) will be jointly owned by local business partners, community organizations, silent private partners or investors. www.empasys.org
