We are seeking an aggressive Investment Lender or a Joint Venture Partner (JVP) to finance a $500 Million United States Dollar Private Real Estate Investment Housing Project.

REQUESTED REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT AMOUNT

We are seeking a Seventy Percent (70%) financial investment in the amount of $350 Million United States Dollars for a maximum term of One(1) Calendar Year.

REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT PURPOSE

The Private Real Estate Investment Housing Project is a Nationwide Private Housing System for the wealthy and the elite who require Short-Term or Long-Term Care and Recovery after a Private Medical Treatment or Operation or Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Treatment has been completed.

We have Luxury Real Estate Investments identified for purchase from Malibu California down to the Florida Keys which also includes a Private Island for the ultimate Client privacy and recovery.

PROJECT PRIMARY COLLATERAL

Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC) issued by Major Financial Institutions will be provided as additional collateral for any and all Investments into our $500 Million United States Dollar Private Real Estate Investment Housing Project.

A Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) is a Financial Payment Guarantee or Financial Insurance for any type of Future Financial Obligation promised by a Borrower to a Lender.

INVESTMENT POINTS

We will also be offering Three (3) to Five (5) Points on each Financial Investment into our $500M  Private Real Estate Investment Housing Project.

ANNUAL INTEREST PAYMENT / JVP SPLIT

An aggressive Annual Interest Rate or Joint Venture Partner's Percentage Split is negotiable.
