Pick up the phone or go walk into a bank! Wells Fargo, Bank of America etc. If you can't do that then something doesn't make sense.

Hi Anthony - we are a direct Lender for Fannie and Freddie also. Indicating this means a Broker or Desk understands how to acquire an approval thru Fannie/Freddie. Please keep in mind CLS Investments is a Direct Lender and Private Equity Firm.

Tara, I think you misunderstand. When I say direct lender, It means that my company underwrites and services the loan directly. No middle men. Not that we are simply aware of how to receive approval. More information can be found here.

If your transaction meets underwriting criteria for Fannie/Freddie please contact Marc with Johnson Capital - They are backed by a large Insurance Fund.

If it does not meet their criteria please contact me regarding the funding for your project. Dependent upon what issues or hiccups exist a conventional fund may not be able to provide what you are seeking.

I have used Johnson Capital Prior. For CMBS type of transactions. They do have minimum requirements / internal overlays and so on.
