Hi Monty.

I appreciate your responses on these requests. In the few months I have been on this site, it seems like most people just say they can help and I should contact them. I never contact them because they offer nothing. No specifics, no best case interest rates or term options, they just say they can help, contact me. You are different. All your posts that I have seen offer a best case rate and other information to assist me. I would like to ask you for help with this deal. Would it be possible to schedule a conference call with you, me, and my investor?
