Hi Linda,

It is an SFR with land acquisition. They build to sell and they have a buyer in place.

The after completion value will be $880,000-900,000

It is an LLC with 2 partners

They have a licensed builder that has years of experience. They were building in the past high-end houses and they want to start again. They will continue building 1-2 houses at the time.

Advertising that your funding comes from Hong Kong pretty much kills any chance you have for success on this website. There are plenty of US based funding sources on this website. Nobody here wants offshore scams.
