Hi Rob I just wanted to see their lending guidelines, and if they are legit company, i came across many reps that represent a lending institution but they are not really who they say they are. Im a realtor in the investment niche in california, san diego area ,such as fix and flip, value add etc, and have investors needing money but i dont really trust just any company.
