I consider $100k an average YEAR. Never have I even dreamed of that as a monthly income. Great for you! I actually have a very rate conscious woman that is looking for a 50% refinance with cash out for rehab on a duplex she rents out. I will send you a personal message with her contact information. Loan amount would be just shy of $400,000. Hopefully that's not too small for you hahaha.

Msg me any time sir. I have co-brokered 3 loans with members of this site. I am always happy to work with others. 14 months in the biz and making over $100k a month all but 2 months so far this year. Young lady I must say that you close an obscene number of loans. Very impressed. I cannot begin to imagine the amount of money you must bring in. If I ever need to co-broker, I will be contacting you. Keep it up. Great to see someone dominate the business the way you are!
