Thanks Shaun. I don't want to put my income out here on this site but it is higher than Monty was guessing. The main thing is just working harder and completing deals faster than my competitors. I feel that if I provide amazing service to each one of my clients, they will keep sending me business and hopefully refer others. Results equal income :)

Application has been completed. Tom's client is getting me income and tax docs tomorrow morning. Easy deal. Tom's client is also going to refinance his 2 car washes in Arlington with me. I will split the commission on those 2 deals with Tom as well. 

Anybody want to make some money? I live for this!

Thousands of members on this website and the one that makes over $100k a month in commissions is the only one to reply and offer to get this deal done for Tom Rowen? No wonder Lisa makes more money than anyone else... She actually puts in the work! Something to think about if you do not make the kind of money you would like to make.. My point is that most of you probably make less than $100k a year and the one that makes over $100k A MONTH is the only one to respond to a potential deal.

Tom, I am in Texas a few hours from Austin. I can do this deal for you if you want to split it like we did on our last one we did together. I have 2 private lenders in Austin that I can use, or a large scale commercial lender out of Dallas that likes properties in Austin. You have my number.
