I have a business note for sale secured by assets.

$40,000 original  principal, 10%, 36 months, performing with 5 payments made.  Note is secured with first position on all business assets including A/R.  Security agreement with filed UCC-1 and personal guarantee.  I was a consultant for the business so I know the operation's capability to carry the payment.
