CMBS Loans from $1M up to $500M+

CMBS is also known as a Conduit Loan. These loans offer underwriting flexibility and use the property as collateral.  These loans are used to buy CRE buildings like large multi-family, office buildings and warehouses.

CMBS are pooled and sold on wall street.  These loans usually have lower rates but require additional paperwork to approve and fund.

The benefits are that they are Non-Resource (no personal guarantee) and for unrestricted cash-out.

NNN Funding - Available Nationwide

A triple-net lease or NNN is a lease agreement on a property whereby the tenant or lessee promises to pay all the expenses of the property, including real estate taxes, building insurance, and maintenance.  These expenses are in addition to the cost of rent and utilities.
