Rehab Loan products:  New credit line offered for rehabbing 1 to 30 unit residential properties.
 Rehab and Construction Loans  If you fix and flip you cant afford to stop rehabbing to look for money. With a credit line up to $5 million you can work from job to job without having to stop production to negotiate with investors or money brokers to get the funds for that next project.
 Requirement would be:

  • Borrower would a 620 + credit score.
  • Borrower would need to have a history of rehabbing.

From there we can process a loan in 10 days.
