Good afternoon Diego. I am a broker and have a line of credit program that I can use to assist you and your investors. If you will co-broker, I have used this several times mainly to give investors access to quick funds for purchase or down payment on properties but of course they can use for whatever they want. $50k up to $500k. Lender charges 2 points and I charge 1 point. If you would like to discuss, just accept my friend request I just sent you so that we can message or set up a phone call.
