Monty's company Senior Commercial is going to provide the best terms for your investors with one of the best loan officers in the country taking care of you (he owns this website as well)

Visio is a good company and has been around for quite some time. They are a good backup choice to consider

Silver Hill will make you jump through the most hoops. Tough process with them but they do offer attractive rates on their small balance options
