My name is Shaun Tollman. As of today my rate is 6.875% on a 30 year fixed for long term rental properties. That assumes a credit score above 680. The program allows scores as low as 640 but adds .375% to the rate. Up to 90% purchase funding or 80% refinance, 75% if cash out. 3 year declining prepayment penalty.
