We are not direct lenders, but offer the % Solution program: (www.cashflowpeople.com/1.html) where we solicit funding for our clients, for a referral fee based on a percentage of the funded amount from our portfolio of hundreds of well qualified private and commercial lenders and investors.

We only collect our fee when financing is delivered to you. We do not have any upfront fees and do not charge you if we are not successful in getting the funding for you. If we do not get you the full funding that you seek, our percentage fee will be adjusted accordingly. In some cases, we will take an equity shareholder position in lieu of a portion of our fee.
