Loan Types
Collateralized Loans
A collateralized loan is a type of loan where the borrower pledges a fully owned asset in exchange for capital. We would retain the asset as collateral on the loan. Upon completion of the terms of the loan, the asset would be returned to the borrower.
Title Loans
A title loan is a type of secured loan where the borrower can use their vehicle or other asset title as collateral to secure a loan.[1] Borrowers who get title loans must allow a lender to place a lien on their asset title, and temporarily surrender the hard copy of title, in exchange for a loan amount.[2] When the loan is repaid, the lien is removed and the title is returned to its owner. If the borrower defaults on their payments then the lender is liable to repossess the asset and sell it to repay the borrowers' outstanding debt.
Title loans are not allowed in many states. The amount of the loan is also limited in those states to a small fraction of what the car is worth. Due to the limitations on this type of loan, we do not provide these types of loans.
Advanced Loan on a Pending Sale
An advanced loan on a pending sale, happens when we advance funds to a client for an asset that they are currently trying to sell. Typically the asset is listed with a professional Broker/Dealer, or is up for auction.
