Steve, I just loaned out over $430,000 in January and need to wait a couple of months until I lend again. I lend out my own personal funds and have a couple of projects from last year that are due this spring. When those are paid up I will again be looking for smart places to put that money. Stay in touch and I should be ready in again in April.
