It will manage, rehab and develop residential and commercial investment properties and provide real estate rental services.

Blue Tourmaline Properties was formed in August 2012. This company is registered in the State of Florida as a Sub S Corporation. Tourmaline Properties was formed in July 2012. This company is registered in the State of Delaware as a Sub S Corporation. This structure will give us the greatest tax and operational advantage based on the nature of the business. The main location of the Blue Tourmaline Properties is in Florida and Tourmaline Properties is in Delaware. As the company grows, it will have satellite or virtual offices in other parts of the country. The company will expand based on the demand of services, growth and how the company evolves during the period of operation.
The primary revenue for these companies is to acquiring properties in healthy areas at below market prices with the intent of using a buy and hold, and/ or wholesaling strategies to start. Eventually there will be a transition to manage, rehab, rent and liquidate the properties. These properties will be acquired through the MLS listing, Loopnet listing, foreclosures, tax liens, tax deeds and other reliable sources.
