- OAKY LLC Investors in distressed (mostly) one to four units residential properties in the Greater Los Angeles market. We have a good source of well discounted properties(some foreclosures).
We need a substantial partner or a lender who can do very near 100% of the initial deal. Exit strategy: buy, refurbish, refinance and rent or sell outright, the numbers will decide. Loan plus equity considered.
