Hi John,
I have been actively looking for funding to purchase REO properties. Most need little to no rehab and have an ARV value at 200%+ of purchase price.
I have a need for 2 products:
1. Fast (30 days or less) to make all cash purchase from bank with reasonable terms
2. Since my personal strategy for wealth building is to lease option these properties so I have a need to get a longer term financing to replace the original REO cash purchase while I receive monthly cash flow and have enough time to sell the property at it's full retail value.
I am currently in 3 markets; Charlotte, NC, Biloxi, MS and primarily Cleveland, OH.
I would love to discuss this with you and see if you have the products to help. I am gainfully employed, have a very good credit score and am basically out of my own cash and need to expand.
