- PhoenixII Real Estate - New business start-up. I would like to start a business purchasing residential property for rental/leasing purposes. I am seeking 100% funding as I have no collateral, so I would prefer to find an investor who would be willing to put up the funding.
This is a great opportunity for an investor who is interested in purchasing property outside his/her country to grow their portfolio's, and the new SAREIT's are very favourable to foreign buyers.
I'm from South Africa, and unfortunately do not qualify for a loan. I am also unemployed, and intend to start small (home-based) with investment in three to four properties.
I am also looking at an opportunity to find residential properties for investors who are interested in the South African market on a commission-only basis.
