I am looking for Private Funding ( not Hard Money) for an 18 door property in the Tampa, FL area. I have an Executive Summary and Package with photos to send you.
I am also looking for private funding for a single family to fix and flip in the same general area and can send you the preliminary analysis for that as well.
We have many more deals in the pipeline both residential and commercial. Since the deals speak for themselves we are looking for private money lender or private equity partner.
