In terms of refi's, we also have access to a few of the top private equity funds for premium clients, especially in the apartment building, skilled nursing, senior living, student housing, and military asset classes. We will compete with anybody on pricing. We also have private equity funds for those just short of conventinal banking qualifications. The best pricing is any transactions over 3 million, ideally over 5 million dollars.
