I don't understand... Are you advertising commercial mortgages, construction loans, or business financing??? Surely you are not an expert in all 3??? How many construction loans have you completed? How many business loans? Are you saying that you can complete a $25,000,000 construction loan? You have the resources to do this? Sorry but I do not think so sir.
