You must have at least 1 to 2 producing wells on the property (producing at least 45 bpd per well). We need to know how many wells are currently producing, how many bpd (barrels per day) and the location. This information needs to be in the body of the email. We need all documentation (executive summary, analysis, production report etc.) the seller has pertaining to the wells that are for sale sent as a PDF attachment.
