We are looking for private equity partners! We are in the process of purchasing 30-100 single family REO properties in a great market and great returns. Our strategy is simple BUY & HOLD. With over 30 years of residential housing experience, we have developed a keen eye for great products and sub-markets. We know the market and the type of returns to expect. We have built an experienced and extensive team in the area and are ready to close on these deals quickly. We can bring up to 20% cap. with 80% LTV.

What we are looking for:

-ROI of 18-25% annually

-Capital secured with property deed

-80% LTV or higher

-24 month minimum with no early pay off penalty

-Would prefer no credit score requirements but negotiable
