C and J USA LLC - Real Estate Investments - Multifamily Housing  ( Formed Fall 2022 )                              Multifamily  Investing  : Value Add Improvements and Unit Add Development , for possible real estate classification improvements to increase property values in Multifamily Units  . This is to work with  Equity LP ( Limited Partners ) , the investors , and GP ( General Partners )  who handle the Asset Management.   The Asset Management includes , Property Management , CAPEX ( Capital  Expenditures for the  property improvements ) ; the handling of cash flow operations , from the acquisition, holding and gain on sale of the real estate asset , for the ROI ( Return On Investment ) . To be made in JV (Joint Venture ) or    Syndication ,as per the transactional need of the asset requires. 

Argus Development LLC - Development Services   ( Formed Summer 2022 )                                                Working in conjunction with a CCIM  (Certificate of Commercial Investment Member) , in the proforma analysis , due-diligence  and development of property for landowners  .  This is in the coordination of land, labor , capital , and management of the buildable product.
