Nees for a client

Need for a client... I am looking for someone to use his house as a collateral, not a second or heloc. 

 His credit is not bad on the fico score, but just has too many accounts for a normal funding.

Someone told him the more tradelines the better, but as a former underwriter, it is not !!!!!!!

I need someone that can loan to him with the condition that certain accounts will be pay off.  Good income!
