My client owns a duplex free and clear in Ohio that is currently worth about $75,000. He now gets $1,600/month in rent. He came to me looking for a DSCR loan where he would refinance, but the property value is too small.
Who has a product or strategy to allow my client to get about 40K using this property? He has a strong credit score (over 700), experience, and personal income.
