Wholesale Account Executive

Description:

We are currently looking for experienced and motivated Account Executives with a proven track record of high volume, quality sales and strong customer service. Account executives must be able to build & maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers. Motivation and drive for newbies can get you in the door with us too.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

Current knowledge of the mortgage industry and the standards that are required of brokers today.
Ability to work independently and learn quickly
Positive attitude and ability to develop strong customer relationships
Excellent Telephone communication skills
Extremely high level of professionalism
Train and advise brokers on Equity Development's website and submission procedures, guidelines.

Requirements:

2-5 years of mortgage industry experience.
Ethical, Professional Sales Skills.
Technical proficiency with loan production software, e-mail, Word, and Excel.
Able to effectively communicate & present mortgage products, company policies and company procedures
Ability to perform sales presentations, conduct meetings, and educate approved brokers on how to sell and use Equity's mortgage products
