Here is a tip on how to do more loans!

I'm new to the world of mortgage brokering. I have been in the business less than a year. Thankfully, the owner of this website took me under his wing, shared his lenders with me, and taught me everything I needed to get started in this business. I have now earned 5 figures each of the last 2 months and should have my best month in December with 4 loans already approved and 2 closings scheduled. Today is just the 3rd day of the month!

Since I have started posting some of my closings on this site, I keep getting messages asking me how I close more than a loan a week when I have NO experience at all, other than a great mentor. I would like to offer all of my competitors out there a quick tip:

Make friends with every single Real Estate Agent you can, online and local, that specializes in working with real estate Investors. That is it!

I do not market on Facebook. I am not even a member of that horrible website. I am just an aggressive women that emails everyone, makes calls nonstop, and has a goal to make $1 million a year so I can set myself and my young daughter up for life. 

Here is my tip one more time for all to see:

Make friends with every single Real Estate Agent you can, online and local, that specializes in working with real estate Investors. That is it!

Looks like I am going to finish the month of December with 5 loans funded for $31,800 in commission. Not bad for a girl who couldn't pay her rent 6 months ago. This is just the beginning! If you would like to work together, message me :)
