Hello Real Estate Finance Members!

 

It's been a good minute since I have posted. I recently had to take a sabbatical. During this time I have received the gift of continued good health. The best part is that one of our members is responsible for that! I have been a part of this community for a very long time and I can say that those of us with the same vision as Monty, one of helpfulness and giving, sometimes members are the beneficiaries of those good deeds.

 

With that said, my name is Yvette Stephens, The Creative Funder, and those of you who know of me and those who are not familiar with me, I am an experienced lending professional with well over 35 years in this space. I am the Creative Funder. I usually get the deals after the client has exhausted every other avenue. With experience, tenacity, and connections, most often, I can get an offer to the table. If I feel , in my experience, I will be unable to assist you, I will inform you of that fact. Time is Money and I will not waste yours.

 

I will focus on bringing members information of value. Financial products that assist you in achieving your goals. Affiliate opportunities in the financial sector that can create passive income. I want to assist members with information that will assist them in buying back their most valuable asset-TIME.

 

Any product that I introduce has been fully vetted. I DO NOT DO SCAMS! That is not the type of energy I need or want in my life.
