I have a contract on a property in ATL that I need 20% of the total purchase. I need funding withing 7 days to close the deal.  I'm looking for a private lender willing to finance the gap & willing to be placed in 2nd lien position. The property is in Atlanta, GA.  Timing is of the essence.

ARV-approx $425k-$475k
First lien amount: $340k - 360k
