Completed Construction Loan In Canada

Kennedy Funding has just closed a $7,380,000 construction loan for a proposed 126 unit independent living community in Lakeshore, Ontario, Canada.  While it is not typical for KFF to provide construction loans outside of the US we saw a great opportunity to service an area that lacked senior living facilities.  The three-year interest only loan was made to 4202414 Canada Inc. an affiliate of the community’s developer.  Let me know if you have any opportunities that require bridge financing.  Thank you.
